Northeast Slovenia. Wide lowland, grapevine hills, Mura River biosphere reserve.
Program
We visit Murska Sobota (castle, museum, Republic of Prekmurje 1919), then enjoy ham tasting. We continue to Martjanci (St. Martin church, 1392), Moravske Toplice (spas, coffee), Bogojina (Plecnik church, 1925-27, optional tropical garden with 900+ exotic plants). We end in Lendava (border town, Jewish heritage, wine tasting).
